Why This Role Exists

We are looking for a Social Media Intern who is design-first, with the ability to capture and create content around key company moments.

This role combines strong visual design skills with on-ground content capture. You will be responsible for designing social media content and capturing events, internal activities, and leadership moments, and turning them into high-quality posts.

You will work closely with the Growth, Founder’s Office, and P&C teams to ensure that all important activities are translated into visually compelling and brand-aligned content.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Create high-quality social media posts (carousels, graphics, visual storytelling) aligned with brand guidelines and aesthetics

  • Capture photos and occasional short video clips during internal and external branding events, P&C initiatives, and leadership activities

  • Convert captured content into polished social media assets including carousels, image posts, and simple edits

  • Prepare and publish content on platforms like LinkedIn with proper formatting, timing, and consistency

  • Write clean, context-driven captions that complement visuals and communicate clearly

  • Ensure quick turnaround from capture → design/edit → publish, especially for event-based content

  • Collaborate with Growth, P&C, and leadership teams to understand content requirements

  • Maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across all content

Requirements (Core)

  • Strong foundation in design

  • Good sense of visual storytelling

  • Basic photography skills (framing, lighting, composition using phone/camera)

  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)

  • Ability to execute quickly and take ownership

  • Good written communication skills for captions

Good to Have

  • Experience creating content for brands or personal pages

  • Basic photo editing skills

  • Understanding of modern, minimal design styles

  • Interest in B2B space, business content, and branding

5 Discussion with Founders (For senior positions)
A conversation with our founders focusing on culture fit, leadership potential, and your potential journey with Incresco. **For senior leadership roles:** This may include working at our office for 2-5 days to get sync with the team.
