Why This Role Exists

We are seeking a Growth Manager to own and drive our demand generation and pipeline building efforts. This is not a traditional marketing role, it is a revenue-focused role responsible for generating qualified leads and building a predictable growth engine.

In this role, you will work closely with the Founder’s Office and Growth to define strategy, execute outbound and inbound initiatives, and continuously optimize results. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, outcome-driven, and comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving team.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Own monthly lead generation targets (MQLs / SQLs) and build a predictable pipeline aligned with revenue goals

  • Work closely with GTM Sales to ensure strong lead-to-deal conversion

  • Design and execute outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and cold email

  • Define ICPs, build prospect lists, and run structured multi-touch outreach sequences

  • Continuously optimize campaigns for response and meeting rates

  • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles based on market feedback and performance data

  • Identify high-potential segments and prioritize outreach accordingly

  • Develop clear, outcome-driven messaging tailored to different ICPs

  • Translate business value into compelling communication that drives engagement and conversions

  • Run weekly experiments across channels and campaigns

  • Track key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked

  • Iterate rapidly based on performance insights

  • Collaborate on inbound initiatives including case studies, landing pages, and thought leadership

  • Work with Growth Engineer to set up and optimize CRM systems, outreach tools, and automation workflows

  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of performance metrics

Requirements (Core)

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing roles

  • Proven experience contributing to or owning lead generation and pipeline targets

  • Strong understanding of outbound strategies (cold email, LinkedIn outreach) and ICP-based targeting

  • Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging

Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B services, consulting, or tech-enabled businesses

  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, or similar outreach/CRM platforms

  • Experience working closely with sales teams on pipeline conversion

  • Understanding of content-driven inbound strategies and their role in demand generation
