We are looking for a Solutions Lead who will be a core member of the Growth team, working at the intersection of business consulting, technology strategy, and client engagement.

This role exists to shape solution strategies for potential and existing clients by understanding client needs, designing technically sound solutions, and clearly articulating how those solutions will create measurable business value.

This is a strategic role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, solution design, and translating technology into real business impact.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Work within the Growth team to understand client challenges, requirements, and business objectives

  • Conduct structured discovery sessions to identify where technology can create meaningful business value

  • Translate business problems into solution frameworks and technical approaches

  • Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with client goals

  • Define solution architecture including systems, integrations, workflows, and technology stack

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with delivery capabilities

  • Prepare solution diagrams, architecture outlines, and implementation plans

  • Articulate how proposed solutions drive measurable business outcomes

  • Connect technology decisions to impact such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, automation, and decision-making

  • Support creation of proposals, solution narratives, and client-facing documentation

  • Participate in client discussions as part of the Growth team

  • Present technical solutions in a clear, structured, business-friendly manner

  • Address client technical questions and build confidence in the proposed approach

  • Support opportunity shaping and solution-led conversations

  • Collaborate with Delivery team to ensure solutions are executable

  • Provide technical direction during project planning and early implementation stages

  • Align client expectations with delivery capabilities

  • Develop reusable solution frameworks for common use cases

  • Document architecture patterns, templates, and best practices

  • Contribute to building overall solution capabilities

Requirements (Core)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

  • 5–10 years of experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technology Strategy

  • Strong understanding of modern technology ecosystems (cloud platforms, APIs, system integrations, automation, data solutions)

  • Ability to design scalable technical architectures and translate them into business outcomes

  • Experience engaging with client stakeholders and presenting technical solutions

  • Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability

  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional environments (Growth, Delivery, client teams)

Good to Have

  • Experience in consulting or technology services environments

  • Exposure to AI, data platforms, automation, or digital transformation projects

  • Experience supporting pre-sales or solution consulting in enterprise/B2B environments

  • Exposure to global markets (Europe/US preferred)

  • Understanding of business process transformation and operational optimization

5 Discussion with Founders (For senior positions)
A conversation with our founders focusing on culture fit, leadership potential, and your potential journey with Incresco. **For senior leadership roles:** This may include working at our office for 2-5 days to get sync with the team.
